Why i cannot received email for comments update or new comments?

1. My mail server is working goodly

2. I have tried to subscribe in my site : rnd.entrepreneurdigital.id and i can received email. But, in my site : tanyajawabislam.tsirwah.com i cannot received email (please try it)

3. I activate bot of subscription types

So, please help me

@asti what about user notifications, it's different with email subscription? It's not using email to follow up?
