Some of my users have videos files where the file extension is in capitals e.g. .MP4 and these do not upload. Only lowercase .mp4 work ok. Error message can be seen on this screenshot: https://ibb.co/LJPn6M1
How can I enable videos that have the capital extension .MP4 please?
1. Navigate to Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Settings > Comment Content and Media admin page
2. Find and click on the "Add New File Type" button
3. Fill the values as shown in the screenshot, that is:
extension > MP4
mime type(s) (pipe separated) > video/mp4
4. Save it, delete all caches and check again.
