When wpDisquz is active, it doesn't appear that the WordPress global setting under discussions is having an effect. How can I force all commenters to register and/or log in to comment?

The wpDiscuz has its own option to control guest commenting, called 'Allow guests to comment.' This option is located in the comment Form add/edit section (Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Forms admin page).
