I have 2 problems:
- Even if there are comments under the post, the header 0 comments is displayed
- Comments are loaded only with the option "Initiate AJAX loading after page". "Load with page" not working

Please don't forget to press Ctrl+F5 (twice) on the frontend before checking.

It's too hard to check the issue on your life website.
I have to ask you to create a dev/staging copy of your website in some sub-domain and send admin details to us. You can use the same Duplicator plugin to create that site.
Another way should deactivate the plugins one by one and check after each deactivation to find a problem maker. This is a plugin conflict for shore and it's necessary to find a problem maker.
