Getting a 403 error that has caused our Host to block IPs?

The error is this: /var/log/nginx/spectrumevent.apachestyle.log.1:103.67.32.8 hgdac.spectrumbrands.com - [28/Apr/202132 +0000] "GET /wp-json/wpdiscuz/v1/update?postId=51&lastId=93&visibleCommentIds=55%2C89%2C93%2C56%2C62%2C74%2C92%2C76%2C77%2C81%2C78%2C79%2C80%2C82%2C83%2C91 HTTP/1.0" 403 94 "https://hgdac.spectrumbrands.com/sales-operations/" "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/90.0.4430.85 Safari/537.36 Edg/90.0.818.46"

I'm not sure what to do or what exactly this means. Any fixes?

@jamiekidd,

This may be caused by either one of the active plugins or the server settings. 

Please deactivate the plugins one by one and check after each deactivation to find a problem maker. Please keep cache plugin (if you have) deactivated in this testing process. 

If none of the plugins caused the issue, please contact you hosting support.
