One of my members is having issues posting. He has posted before but now he gets "Error: Please fill in the correct answer to the security question!".

Any ideas how to solve this?

It seems you have some antispam/security plugin installed on your website. Please deactivate the plugin and check again.

I do, but it is only activated for registrations not for comments. This is the only user that is reporting this issue.

You are right, this seems to be triggered by the anti-spam plugin, unless it was something in a recent wpdiscuz update that made stop working properly with this plugin.
