After updating to version 7.0.3 directly from 5.3.5, comments from 2015 and newer display the human-readable date correctly as # years ago, but comments from 2014 and older are all uniformly displayed as 2020 years ago.

There is not such an issue on our test websites. This is something specific in your case. Could you please send the admin login details to info[at]gvectors.com email address? I'll ask the developers to check the issue for you.
