Hello, while analyzing the database with Advanced DB Cleaner I found a lot of lines like this _wpdiscuz_social_31149b1fe5c5ac37f3941880443b9bce
what do they mean? Can I remove them?

Those can be deleted. Those should be already deleted. Somehow they have stayed in your case, but not sure why.

Please always backup the database, before doing any actions.
