In Wordpress Discussion Settings, I have marked that comments must be manually approved, yet they are appearing before approving. Is there a way in the Discuz plugin to fix that?

Hi,
This is not a wpDiscuz plugin setting. The option you're referring to belongs to WordPress itself.
Please try deactivating the other plugins one by one, checking after each deactivation. It's likely a plugin conflict is preventing the WordPress option from functioning properly.
