This is theme-related issue. Use the CSS code below to solve it:
#comments, #wpdcom {
padding-top:0;
margin-top:0;
}
.comments-area {
padding-top: 0 !important;
}
.inside-article {
padding-bottom: 0 !important;
}
Insert the code in the "Custom CSS code" textarea, located in the Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Settings > Styles & Colors admin page.
Don't forget to delete the caches before checking.
