I have 2 websites that do not have the comments section appearing at the bottom of either home page, for me. I have carefully gone through the tips here to no avail:
However, curiously, it seems to work just fine for my friend Dan on his computer. But not on my PC or Laptop. And it use to work, at least on the first domain above.
Please delete all kinds of caches before checking.

Thank you Asti - I cleared WP Rocket, Cloudflare, and used a new browser. Still can't get the WP Discuz comment prompt to appear, or the comments box at the bottom to appear, on either of my 2 home pages on these sites. Is there any other suggestion you might have? We're you implying that you could see these on the 2 websites?
Are you sure that the home page is a single page, not a list of posts or other archive types? As, the wpDiscuz comment plugin is designed for single post types (posts, pages, etc…). There is no way to load wpDiscuz comment form on Archive pages like category, tags, author, etc…
