I had a few comments on my site with ratings attatched. I havent touched anything on the site, but the ratings dissappeared ? The comments are still there.
I want to make sure this wont happen again
Any help on why this happened thanks ?

Please navigate to Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Tools admin page and click on the “Rebuild Ratings” button. Then delete all kind of caches and check again.

i already manually reset them, however i will try this if the problem happens again, thanks asti
