The latest comment is at the top of the second page but I want latest comment to come on page 1.

I mean latest comment shows up top of page2, I want shows up latest comment at page1.
And I set discussion option like this
Split into multiple pages with 50 comments per page, with the first page displayed by default.
Display new comments at the top of each page
but page 1 has old comment show up on the top, and latest comment shows up at page2.
So I don't know how to fix this.
Please teach me how to fix it.
