The comment curser is not showing up when I click inside the comment box and I'm not able to type in the comment box. But when I click another tab and return to the page, the cursor shows up. Also if I click any of the icons in the formatting toolbar, then the curser shows up. This happens only on the desktop. No issues on the mobile.

You're using some content copy-protected plugin. Could you please deactivate it, delete all caches and check again?
