Prior to writing this I have looked at previous replies and I have found no solution to date.
I have been using my theme for a few years and tried wpDiscuz before. The comment box did show in the past however with the recent updates it is now "hidden".
The website is www.christosharrison.com. Comments are allowed only in posts.
Please delete the Autoptimize plugin caches and check again.
We see some js errors on your website console caused by Autoptimize plugin (see the screenshot below). If you solve those issues it should work fine.

Please deactivate all cache plugins and check again. This is a conflict with cache plugins for sure.
