Is there any real solution for websites that are using Cloudflare?
I have searched all the topics and tried all the suggested things related to Cloudflare cache,
The page still needs to hard reload, to show that the user is logged in after any social login.
It is unusable like this.

This is not a conflict between the wpDiscuz and Cloudflare. We've checked several times and wpDiscuz works fine with the Cloudflare on our test website.
Please let us know do you have other kinds of cache plugins or server-side cache.

No i don't have any plugins or server side cache.
In your case, even the logout function doesn't work without the refresh. You should contact Cloudflare support with this question.
It was Rocket Loader issue. It doesn't work with rocket loader enabled.
