First of all, great plugin. It does everything I want it to, however, I'm having one issue: When I go to change the login URL on the comments page to /login/ , it shows that however, the site still redirects to /wp-login/ when clicking on the login field on the comments.
Could you please provide us with the URL of your login page?
Also please leave a screenshot of the "Login URL" option.

Yes, sure. You should always delete all caches before checking.
