It displays only once per user within a few hours. You can use the hook code below to modify this behavior:
add_filter( 'wpdiscuz_bubble_hint_show_once', '__return_false' );

You should delete the browser cache before checking.

Hi and thanks. Sorry but even with the filter, it does'nt work. Perhaps there is a conflict with another plugin ?

The invitation appears after 45 seconds. You’ll just need to clear your browser cache properly. Also, try accessing it in incognito mode.
