Could you please install and activate the Duplicator — WordPress Migration Plugin, backup your WordPress site, and send it to info[at]gvectors.com email address to allow us to check it.
It's hard to check the issue on your live website.
I will copy the site in a new environment on our server - you can access it there.
Just create a dupe site and email you the info

I'm sorry, but we'll need to debug it locally. We'll need to find which part of the code caused the issue. As I've already mentioned we don't find such an issue on our test websites.
