We are using SAML SSO for granting users access to our wpDiscuz commenting, so we are bypassing the traditional user registration process. It appears that only admin users are hyperlinked when tagged using the User Mention add-on, but all others are not.

Is there a way to make all users Registered users instead of Guests?

Could you please let us know if those users are registered as a regular WordPress users? Do you see those users on the user list of your WordPress Dashboard?
