Hi guys! I want to add special user roles but not sure how to do this. I mean in the comment section where it says "author" etc. I want it to say something like "official" for some users. Do I need to add a role plugin or can this be done somewhere by default?

We don't follow you well. If you want to just change the author role and replace all "author" phrases with "official", just navigate to Dashboard > wpDiscuz >Phrases > Comment admin page, and change the value of the phrase as you like.

Hi,

I figured it out. Had to install a plugin to create new roles. The new roles then thankfully turned up in the Phrases settings and I could change them there.
