@asti, it's work fine for guest.

But not for login users (login into WordPress dashboard).

For example, it occurred when I tried to reply to a guest comment at the front-end.

Please register some new testing user and send the user's login details to info[at]gvectors.com.

It's too hard to support this topic. I have to ask other users to open their own support topics and provide at least some example URLs. 

Next point, please always delete all kind of caches (CDN, website, wpDiscuz, browser) before checking.

Delete all kind of caches and check again. 

I have the same error. This has happened since the most recent update. WPDiscuz needs to provide a global update for everyone!!
