[Solved] No comments yet!! There is only a non-working wpDiscuz panel. How to fix ? 🙁

Did not help. Everything is arranged as it should in the settings.
Previously, wpDiscuz worked fine.
Another plugin - works fine. Everything works without plugins.
I double-checked everything. 🙁
An annoying problem ...

I am waiting for a response from the developers. Working comments are needed. I want to buy the PRO version of the plugin, but the plugin itself stopped working on the site. I don’t remember how long it takes, there was a break in using the site.

This is a CSS conflict with the theme or other plugins:

Use the code below to solve it:

#wpdcom .wpd-form .wpdiscuz-textarea-wrap [id^=wpd-editor-wraper] {
    display: block !important;
}

Put the code in the Top Admin Bar > Customize > Additional CSS > "Additional CSS" textarea, save it, delete all caches and check again. Please don't forget to press Ctrl+F5 (twice) on the frontend before checking.

Please note: support team works from 6 am to 6 pm (GMT 0:00, London), we don’t work on Sundays.

I did everything as written, an ugly form for comments appeared (as in the screenshot) and the button began to click. But no comments are sent. 🙁 Maybe the code is wrong ??

I'll try to disable plugins ..

Deactivated all plugins except wpDiscuz. A comment form has appeared, messages are not sent as before.

Please navigate to Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Settings > General Settings admin page and disable the options mentioned below:

The issue comes from the jQuery version you're using. There are two jQuery libs loaded on your website. One of them is too old. Once you update the lib that comes from the following path it'll work fine

We're also not sure. Probably it comes from the active theme. In any case, we'd suggest you contact active theme support and aks theme the jQuery version I've mentioned.
