Somehow the click doesn't work in the rich editor. Please try the following steps:
Navigate to Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Settings > Comment Form Settings admin page
Change the value of the "Comment Form View" option to "expanded"
Delete all kinds of caches and check again.

@asti I have disabled most of the plugins, only the theme and wpdisc are left, so is it possible that only the theme and wpdisc conflict with each other? Is there any chance I can solve this problem?

We have to ask you to create a dev/staging copy of your website in some sub-domain and send admin details to info[at]gvectors.com email address.
You can use Duplicator to create that site. It's too hard to check the issue on your live website.

We need to make some deactivations of plugins/theme and make some changes in the codes, so it won't be possible to do on a live website.

There is some antispam logic on your website that doesn't allow some comments to be posted. Some of the comments are considered as spam comments so those are not published.

Hello, i figure it out what happen, when the post is using infinite scroll, the comment section (using comment plugin wpDiscuz) will having bug and cannot comment, but if there a single post page, it will work!
So i ask the theme developer, they said: This issue is due to the javascript of wpDiscuz plugin uses its own script. The script cannot execute via ajax load and this is a limitation.
Can you solve this problem with coding or edit it? i can pay for it.
