after the update, this button came automatically, but I couldn't remove it somehow.

Hi @workwork,
Please go to the Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Forms admin page, edit the current form (if nothing is changed it's called "Default Form"), find the "Enable subscription bar" option and set its value to "No".

This is visible only for administrators of the website. For other user roles, those are not visible.
