Hi teaam,

.

i just realized lately that Visitors to my websites are unable to post comments. after entering their name and email, and enterinig the google security and on clicking the post button, nothing happens.. and on checking the spam box in my back end interface i dont even see the spam notification.

 

please i need help on this

@stanley-obi,

We see a lot of js errors on your website. Please deactivate the plugins that caused those errors and check again.

Thanks again for your speedy response.

 

i have deactivated and uninstalled the plugins that were causing the errors. "Ultimate social media icons and the addanyahy plugin.."

.

but am still my visitors cant still make a post..

please advice

Am grateful again of your quick response

Over the weekend, I discovered that the Google catcher was responsible.. so I disabled it for guest..

.

And that was it.. visitors can now post on the site... thanks so much.. will keep you updated.

.
