Is it feasible to respond directly to the parent comment using the reply button within a second-level comment?
Currently, when I reply to a second-level comment, my response becomes a third-level comment, a reply to the second-level comment.
I want to be like blue style.

The solution is simple. Set the '2' value for the 'Enable threaded (nested) comments X levels deep' option, which is a native WordPress setting.
You can find and manage it in the Dashboard > Settings > Discussion tab. See the screenshot below for reference:
@asti Sorry, I have one question, Although I have nested comments and depth level setting is 4. The comment list just shows me comment level 2. It is happening in my another website. Could you help me with that ?
Kindly provide a screenshot of the Dashboard > Settings > Discussion admin page and include the URL, allowing us to investigate the issue.

If the URL is a specific URL for the comment, I can see all the nested comments.
If not, I don't see all the nested comments.
We've noticed that you've made customizations. Please provide comments on those changes and recheck the issue.
