we have implemented comments in our website with Elementor. People can write comments but when they press the button POST COMMENT, in the upper right corner of the page is a moving icon which probably means that the comment is in sending process but then nothing happens. The comment is not sent. Some people can send comments, but majority of people cannot. The page does not response and the comments remain

There is some plugin that doesn't allow the admin-ajax.php to work properly. You should deactivate the plugins one by one and check after each deactivation to find a problem maker.
Please keep the Autoptimize plugin deactivating while you're testing this.
If none of the plugins caused the issue, please contact your server support and ask them to check the server settings.
