There is no button in Gutenberg to use inline commenting. I have also tried the shortcode solution suggested on this forum - it doesn't work well. On some pages it works, on others it doesn't.

Hi 

You can create the Inline Feedback button for any part of your article text using the Gutenberg block editor. Just find the Inline Feedback button and click it.
