i mean single comments for all the URLs , please help

And one more question! Reverse Child Comments Order not working , i turned it on and no changes , i see only oldest comments

Don't follow you well. Please try to explain in other words. If you want to display all comments from all posts/pages on one page, you can use some additional plugin. I’ve found the following one, please check it:

Then you should search on Google and find some solution that'll work fine.

Try to search for something like: show all comments on the one page WordPress.
