Hello, I'm a new user, I just installed the plugin and completed the setup.

So I started testing out by commenting myself in an incognito window on one of my blog posts.

But I'm not receiving any of my comments. If I don't receive my comments itself, how can I expect my site visitors' comments?

And after commenting, why I'm receiving this [Anonymous 2022 years ago] instead of any general message like 'Thank you for commenting, we will get back to you soon!'?

This kind of issue is usually caused by either conflict with other plugins or the active theme.

Please deactivate the plugins/theme one by one and check after each deactivation to find the problem maker.

Keep the cache plugin (if you have) deactivated during this testing process.

Don't forget to press Ctrl+F5(twice) on the frontend each time before checking.
