Hello!

I would be very glad if you could suggest a solution.

I'd like to close all the links in the comments.
I removed the ability to format a comment.
But even in this case, if I manually write HTML code for the link, the link gets into the comment.

How to disable HTML code in comments?

You can use the core WordPress preprocess_comment hook for this customization.
