Is it possible to make user comments secret (hidden) and become visible at a predetermined time?

I may suggest you check out the wpDiscuz – Private Comments addon. It allows commenters to create private comment threads. These threads will be available for website administrators, moderators and for thread owners.

I need users not to know other people's answers and to be known only at the scheduled time.
The addon allows each user to create private comments. After some time the admin/moderators can make the comments public so that other people can see those.
