We're really sorry, but we're not familiar with the hCaptcha plugin.
However, wpDiscuz also has many tools and options to help you with GDPR compliance. I'd suggest you read the documentation and go through all settings to make sure your website comment section is correctly configured to comply with the GDPR:

Briefly, you can use wpDiscuz built-in reCAPTCHA and wpDiscuz GDPR tools. No necessary to use other plugins.
