I want to see the comments like the following image - to show the comments next to each other and not under each other

You can use something like this:

#wpdcom .wpd-thread-list {
   display:flex;
   flex-wrap:wrap;
}

Please note: we don't provide CSS codes for style customization. We may help with 1-2 simple questions related to colours and background but not more.
