I am currently creating a demo and testing site for the client.
Approve comments must be shown only but unapproved comments are shown also.
What should I do about it?

This is a plugin conflict for sure, please deactivate all plugins/switch to some default theme and check again. If it works, reactivate the plugins/theme one by one and check after each activation to find a problem maker.

It's visible for you as far as the IP of the guests is the same try to use another device, mobile for example, you won't see it. You've not even closed the browser. The comment is made by you. it's detected by IP.

Ok. Now I understand. But can you modify do something about it so that it will not show until someone approved it.
