I forgot to mention the issue looks to be semi-random since some people can still comment. But I've also gotten several complaints about the comments not working in the last few weeks.
We've checked multiple times and haven't encountered this issue. Could you please ask the users who experienced it how we can reproduce it? It might be a device-specific issue.
