Issue I get error in server log file

I get multiple instances with this kind of error, maybe you know what it means and can help me to get rid of it:

Could you please deactivate the wpDiscuz Comment Bubble and the Live Update options and check again?

Both options can be found in the Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Settings > Live Commenting and Notifications admin page.

I turned off anything I could find in this tab

But still get these 403 or sometimes also 404 errors

Please confirm that the caches were deleted before checking.

I did not even have any cache activated on my site. Do you mean that wpDiscuz has a separate cache that I don't know of that should be deleted?

Anyway, after a while the error messages stopped and do not appear at the moment.

wpDiscuz has a built-in cache. You can find it in the Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Settings > General Settings tab. Small video instruction: https://monosnap.com/file/N7B7H6pcXLv0VRX1x2MAqvmrUbSwWr

Ah, that might explain it why it was working after 10 days.
What is the solution now when I want to use the comment bubble?

Please follow the steps below:

1. deactivate the wpDiscuz plugin, then activate it again.

2. Enable the bubble option

3. Delete all kinds of caches and check again

If you still see the issue you'll need to check if somehow the REST API is not blocked. It might be blocked either by other plugins or the hosting side.
