German "Ü" not possible

When i try to add the "Ü" for Ue in German capital letter i get an ":" only.
And i see in one course and in one topic my reply in huge typo. In other lessons it is correct but smaller than the author of a comment.

I use wpdiscuz comments in Learndash courses for enrolled users only and with private comment.

How can i fix that "Ü" and the typo size?

@asti Überhaupt nicht - no it works fine here and in demo :/

Ah i just see it starts adding emoticons so is the Ü related to emotijs in text?

Ha i found,

when i disable this it works. seems to be the "ü" for short emotis

And typo was copy paste so seems to add hidden html

We've just checked and don't find such an issue on our test websites (it doesn't matter if the option is disabled or not).
