You should change the value of the "Comment List Loading Type" option, then delete all kinds of caches and check again.

Maybe conflict with wp-rocket cache plugin? https://dnevnichok.club/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wprocket#dashboard maybe need some exclude for wpdisquz? Or maybe need deactivate https://dnevnichok.club/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpdiscuz_options_page&wpd_tab=general here? I mean
Or maybe better deactivate cache in plugin settings?
