When I log onto my WP site I am able to comment but when I go to incognito mode and try posting a comment I am getting the 'Comment is a spam' notification. I'm not sure if this has been answered already but I haven't found the answer anywhere else.
Seems you have some security/antispam plugin installed on your website. Please deactivate the security/antispam plugins and check again.
