I cannot tell since when this is a problem since I rarely change the comment form, but apparently the forms are not longer saved or, worse, miss all fields including the default ones. I tried this on two sites and with a default theme, and plugins turned off. The fields show up when I save again but are not on the frontend, and vanish again if I save again, rinse and repeat. This has rendered the plugin inoperational for me.
There has also been a PHP error:
foreach() argument must be of type array|object, string given Form->renderFrontForm()
That appeared briefly but since the form is empty has stopped. Probably because there isn't anything to err with anymore.
Edit: Is does not happen with a fresh install. Still investigating...
