I notice that there is a bug when displaying the stars awarded in the comment. On the comment it is activated and data appear, but in the shortcode it does not bring them.
How could we bring them to the page? The wp rocket caches have been cleared

Simply the value of the wpDiscuz rating custom field is stored not as a post rating, but as a product rating. So those are being used for the google search. You can't use the shortcode for the WooCommerce product pages.
WooCommerce should have its own way to display the rating.
