I would like to set up the upload image from URL like you have set up on this forum. Could you tell me how to do that? Do these images upload to your media files?

This is wpForo forum plugin, it doesn't have any relation to wpDiscuz plugin. 

In case if you want to enable the option in the wpDiscuz plugin, please read this doc:
