I know its been asked before but I am at a loss.

I cant for the life of me integrate the plugin with my new website. Its an auction website using woocommerce and WCFM multi vendor.

In woocommerce settings I have set the product to allow reviews

In WPdiscuz I have set the Form correctly.

I am currently stumped. Any ideas.

I had tried all this prior as I had found this thread also. But no joy. Sadly I have deleted the plugin and installed something nearly as good which worked straight away. I won't mention the name as that is not fair for all the good work WPdiscuz does. Love WPdis but it's not doing it for me sadly. Would love to use you and would even pay if I was guaranteed it would work.

If you send the admin login details to info[at]gvectors.com email address. I’ll ask the developers to check the issue for you.

If you decide to send the login details, please deactivate the currently used commenting plugin and install the wpDiscuz plugin instead.

By the way, wpDiscuz works perfectly with the blog side of my website but it will not integrate into the products/listings. this is what is most important.

Please find the response from the developers below.

The default reviews are not visible at all. This might be caused by the theme or other plugins deactivating them. Since it is a live website, we cannot deactivate plugins or make any changes directly. Please check the plugin list and theme settings to see if there is an option to display the default WooCommerce reviews. Once you identify how to enable the default WooCommerce reviews, please create a new form in the wpDiscuz settings for WooCommerce as described here: https://wpdiscuz.com/docs/wpdiscuz-7/getting-started/manage-comment-forms/comment-form-settings/#post-types
