I created new form, and suddenly, wpDiscuz became unavailable.
I'm very troubled. Can someone please help me?

[History of the operation that caused the problem]
I made a correction to the form that was working until now from the Forms menu.

1. Added an HTML form (added Javascript), pressed the [Update] button.
2. No error message was displayed and the update was completed.
3. I checked the website, but the changes were not reflected.
4. When I opened the relevant form again from the Forms menu, the changes had not taken effect.
5. No matter how many times I tried, the changes did not take effect.
6. Created a new form with "Add New" and published it
7. I did not set the old form that was running to "Private" and executed 6
8. The new form created with 6 replaced the old one on the website
9. Set the old form to "Private"
10. wpDiscuz became disabled and was replaced by Wordpress's standard comment function

[State of wpDiscuz after the failure]
"General Settings" menu - "Enable wpDiscuz on Home Page" is still enabled.
Despite being enabled, the web display shows that the function is not working.
Switching "Enabled" and "Disabled" does not change the display, and wpDiscuz does not function properly.

From Wordpress's plugin settings menu, I disabled wpDiscuz plugin and then enabled it again.
No change.

From Wordpress's plugin settings menu, I uninstalled wpDiscuz plugin and then installed it again.
No change.

I can't enable wpDiscuz function.

Does anyone know how to deal with this?

@shio,

For security reasons, you can't add the Javascript code. It's not allowed.

@asti

Thank you!
Even after deleting the JavaScript and reverting to the original code, the bulletin board function did not recover.
I uninstalled it and then reinstalled it, so I set it all over again.
