We attach a screenshot of the 4 addon plugins we have bought from you.
We did raise a ticket before regarding this ongoing problem, which was not very helpful nor precise what we need to do to make your plugin work.
However, we have deleted our theme comment coding as advised.
We kindly request you provide support so we can get your plugin to work. we want exact instructions what needs to be done.

Further, before buying the plugin the WP directory said your plugin has been tested on our P theme, hence we went ahead and bought it.
If you cannot fix this problem, we have no choice but to seek a refund through Paypal.
