Comment confirmation does not work on my website. You can see this error in the console:

This comes from the active theme. Only one wpDiscuz comment form is allowed on a page, and attempts to add multiple forms may result in functionality issues. Even if you manage to include additional comment sections, they may not work correctly, causing comments to appear under the wrong posts, leading to a disorganized display.
