So, I've disabled the Website field on the form, and it is not showing in the comments:

But, we are still getting spam comments daily with data inside that field. For example, field URL has data inside:

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi,

This issue is not specific to wpDiscuz. Even if you deactivate the wpDiscuz plugin, the problem persists.

However, the developers will try to find some workaround for this case and include it in the next version of the wpDiscuz plugin.
