I don't know what's happened to the tag user plugin/function. When I try to tag a specific user, two user comes up as an option. I then choose the one I want to tag, but it tags the other one. This didn't happen before. Tried like 10 times but it just keeps tagging the first user that comes up in the list and refuses to tag the one I want.

Strangely it only seems to happen with this combination of users. I tried others and that worked. I know I have tagged this user before so this must be a relatively recent issue.
